BioDopp Biochemical Treatment
The BioDopp technology is an efficient biochemical wastewater treatment technology, developed by Chinese and Germany researchers through leveraging advantages from various biochemical processes from expertise in long-time wastewater treatment projects, in combination with indigenous innovations of BHT Environ related to slight mixing and aeration, air lifting, fast sedimentation and synchronous reaction through continuous research and development.
The BioDopp technology has been widely applied in more than 20 countries worldwide. Since its adoption in China, BHT Environ has localized most equipment through practical use, improvements and innovations made for over 10 year in light of the market demand. In the process, BHT Environ has produced technical products certified by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Municipality of Beijing Municipality, and been awarded a large number of invention and utility model patents, conducted demonstration projects in the industrial facilities, municipal works, industrial parks and small towns. Through generations of evolution, now it offers the BioDopp, BioHopp and BioSopp series of solutions with development for the BioTopp solutions underway.
Design Concepts behind BioDopp
The BioDopp technology is an integrated process of biochemical treatment combining advantages of all-fluid internal backflow of oxidation ditches, different functional areas of the A2/O technology, and front-end microbial selection of the CASS technology, boosted with high-efficiency aeration and driven by innovative air lifting. Featuring a small footprint, lowered energy consumption, reduced investment and easy operation and management, it has distinct advantages in treatment of high concentration industrial wastewater, which is less degradable, and municipal wastewater.
